There are many ways to incorporate community investing into your portfolio. This section contains model portfolios for different types of investors. For suggestions as to how you, or an institution to which you belong, might start out investing in communities, this General Model Portfolios document explores community investments based on how much you want to invest. More model portfolios will be available soon.

Community Investment Portfolio

Diversified Portfolio

Trillium Asset Management Corporation provides examples of how community investments can be included in a diversified portfolio. Please note that the community investments in the portfolios are Community Investment CDs (at the beginning of the investment list) and Community Investment Promissory Notes (at the very end).
